Dr. Ivanka Temelkova
Dr. Ivanka Temelkova is a specialist in dermatology and venerology in Sofia with over 7 years of medical experience. Her clinical interests are in the treatment of acne, rosacea, atopic and seborrheic dermatitis, alopecia, as well as in the field of aesthetic dermatology, dermatological surgery, autoimmune diseases and dermatooncology.
Education and qualifications
Dr. Temelkova graduated from Sofia Medical University in 2017. She acquired her specialty in Dermatology in 2022 after specializing in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology of the Medical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Dr. Temelkova has completed professional trainings for:
- Putting botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, over 20 pcs;
- Complete facial modeling with fillers, Istanbul;
- Treatment of periorbital zone with hyaluronic. acid, Geneva;
- Working with isolated monopolar radiofrequency needles for the treatment of acne and acne scars AGNES;
- Insertion of liquid polycaprolactone for biostimulation of facial skin GOURI;
- Treatment of various areas and skin conditions with mesotherapy (hair loss, acne, scars, fat deposits, hyperpigmentation), over 15 pcs;
- Superficial, medium and deep (chemical) peeling according to skin type.
Biography
Dr. Temelkova has 120 publications in Bulgarian and international scientific journals and 50 participations in oral and poster presentations in Bulgarian and international congresses. She worked at Acibadem City Clinic UMBAL Mladost. She is currently part of the team of specialists of Medical center Haelan Care 1, Sofia.
