Dr. Gabriela Panayotova
Dr. Gabriela Panayotova is a specialist in gastroenterology in Sofia with over 13 years of medical experience. Carries out gastroenterological examinations and treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, as well as fibrogastroscopy and fibrocolonoscopy. She is engaged in the treatment and follow-up of patients with chronic intestinal diseases, chronic viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and its complications. Participates in the preparation of patients for liver transplantation and their post-transplant follow-up.
Dr. Panayotova does not examine children.
Education and qualifications
Graduated from Sofia Medical University in 2011. She acquired her specialty in Gastroenterology and Dietetics in 2019 after specializing in the Department of Gastroenterology at the University Hospital “Lozenets” and the Clinic of Gastroenterology at VMA Sofia.

Biography
After her graduation, Dr. Panayotova worked at the University Hospital Lozenets Sofia. Since 2019 she is a freelance assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine at University Hospital Lozenets, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Since January 2024 she has been part of the team of specialists of the Lyulin Medical Center. She is currently part of the team of specialists of MC Haelan Care 3.
