Dr. Ekaterina Petrova
Dr. Ekaterina Petrova is a specialist ophthalmologist in Sofia. He is interested in diagnosis and therapy in glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, vascular, tumor and other diseases of the retina, orbit and eyelids. Conducts consultative and prophylactic examinations, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the anterior and posterior ocular segments in adults and children.
Education and qualifications
Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski with distinction. Immediately after that he started working in the Department of Eye Diseases of the University Hospital “Lozenets”, where he acquired the specialty of Eye Diseases. Part of her internship was spent at UMBAL Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital and Hospital Tsaritsa Ioanna - ISUL.

Biography
Since 2018 Dr. Petrova worked in the Department of Eye Diseases of the University Hospital Lozenets. He is an Honorary Assistant in Ophthalmology for Bulgarian and English Medical Students at the Faculty of Medicine of Sofia University Sveti Kliment Ohridski. She practiced at MC AmeriMed - Business Park Sofia. He is currently part of the team of specialists MC Haylan Care.
